• Work continued through a very harsh winter and required working some nights and all Saturdays to complete work for the new school year in September
• All work was performed while school was in operation and required a lot of coordination

• Built a new 46,000 sf concrete/steel framed two story showroom building with office/lobby/lounge space along with an elevator and an exposed underground parking lot
• Built on a steep incline and on a water reservoir site making work conditions very difficult
• Excavated through heavy rock and stone, which was later used in the building process
• Detention tanks were installed under foundation to control water flow
• In addition, a 16,500 sf steel/concrete framed service building was built with prefabricated exterior panels and all necessary work equipment
